Municipalities of Tafila : Issuing real estate clearance electronically

In coordination with the Ministries of Local Administration and Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship, the four municipalities of Tafileh Governorate have officially started issuing a fully electronic real estate clearance service.

The launch of the service comes within the framework of developing the service system and raising the level of efficiency in completing transactions by providing easy and quick procedures that enable citizens to complete their transactions without having to visit the municipalities of Greater Tafila, Busaira, Qadisiyah, and Hassa.

The head of the Tafila Municipality Committee, Dr. Mohammed Al-Karimien, said that this procedure represents a qualitative leap in line with the government's vision of digitizing services and facilitating procedures for citizens.

He added that the municipality will not receive any paper transaction related to this service after the specified date, indicating that the use of the electronic platform will contribute to reducing time and effort, minimizing errors and enhancing the accuracy of data, which reflects positively on the speed of completion of requests.

He thanked the Ministries of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship and Local Administration for their support and role in developing e-services, and praised the tireless work of the technical support teams and the teams of Tafileh municipalities that contributed to training cadres and preparing the necessary infrastructure to complete this transformation.

He explained that the new e-service is based on electronic linking with a number of government institutions, most notably the Land and Survey Department, the Civil Status Department and the Passports Department.

He called on citizens wishing to conduct their transactions to activate their accounts on the Sanad app and submit the request through the Ministry of Local Administration's e-services platform through the link: eservices.mola.gov.jo.

He also stated that the Tafileh Land Directorate will stop receiving paper transactions for clearance starting today, so that clearance requests will be submitted electronically only.
