The Prime Minister issues a directive to raise the Jordanian flag at official institutions.

Prime Minister Jaafar Hassan issued a circular to all ministries, official departments, institutions, public bodies, official universities, municipalities, the Greater Amman Municipality, and government-owned companies to raise the Jordanian flag in accordance with the instructions regarding the places and buildings on which the Jordanian flag is raised, the times and occasions for raising it, and its place among other flags for the year 2006.

 

The Jordanian Flags Law issued in the Official Gazette No. (6) of 2004 specified the instructions for the places and buildings on which the Jordanian flag is raised, in addition to the times and occasions for raising it, and its position among the other flags for the year 2006.
