The national football team begins tomorrow the final stage of preparations for participation in the World Cup.

The national football team will begin its final preparation phase tomorrow, Thursday, before its historic participation in the 2026 World Cup, which will be held in the United States, Mexico and Canada starting on June 11.
The Football Association announced that the national team will begin its final training camp tomorrow in preparation for the World Cup. The camp will continue in Amman until the 28th of this month, when they will travel to Switzerland to play a friendly match against their national team on the 31st of this month. They will then depart for their training camp in San Diego, USA, from June 1-10. They will face Colombia on Sunday evening, June 7th, at the Snapdragon Stadium, before settling into their official training camp during the World Cup in Portland, USA.
The Jordanian national team is preparing for its first-ever participation in the World Cup, having settled into Group 10 alongside Argentina, Algeria and Austria.
The Jordanian Football Association seeks, through providing these camps, to offer all means of support to the national team, to ensure a respectable appearance befitting the reputation of Jordanian football in the great global event.
The national football team's squad includes 30 players: Yazeed Abu Laila, Abdullah Al-Fakhoury, Nour Bani Attia, Ahmed Jaidi, Abdullah Naseeb, Yazan Al-Arab, Hussam Abu Al-Dahab, Mohammad Abu Al-Nadi, Saleem Obeid, Saad Al-Rousan, Ihsan Haddad, Ahmed Assaf, Anas Badawi, Muhannad Abu Taha, Mohammad Abu Hashish, Mohammad Abu Ghosh, Ibrahim Saadeh, Amer Jamous, Nizar Al-Rashdan, Nour Al-Rawabdeh, Yousef Qashi, Rajai Ayed, Mohammad Al-Dawood, Mahmoud Mardi, Mousa Al-Taamari, Ibrahim Sabra, Awda Al-Fakhoury, Mohammad Abu Zureiq, Ali Azayza, and Ali Alwan.
